Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Singapore to develop forecast planning and plan production orders based on demand and resources.

You will coordinate with project leaders, planners, and supervisors to prioritize work according to the delivery schedule and oversee BOM changes and material requisitions. The role also involves confirming orders, managing material deliveries with purchasers, and monitoring material availability to avoid production delays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage forecast planning.
• Plan and schedule production orders based on demand and available resources.
• Coordinate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work according to the delivery schedule.
• Oversee material and production planning, requisition materials, and manage the BOM or design change implementations.
• Confirm orders based on material and capacity availability.
• Plan, control, and work with purchasers to manage material deliveries and prevent excess stock inventory.
• Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Prepare periodic reports such as Excess and Obsolete (E&O) and quarterly buy-down claims.
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing.
• Maintain compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
