Job summary

LAPP Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks a Purchasing Planning Executive to apply data-driven analysis for accurate demand planning and optimized inventory in a dynamic supply chain. You will manage SAP-based order processes, coordinate inbound shipments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining data integrity.

The role requires at least 2 years in supply chain operations, SAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with fluent English and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management.
At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain operations.
Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Able to converse/write English competently.
Knowledge of data analytics tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management - Plan and update system parameters according to monthly consumption; optimize stock level to meet objectives.
Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and update SAP; ensure materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
Coordinate with stakeholders on inbound shipment; update SAP; file shipping documents; verify invoices to avoid mis-match.
Cross trade shipment management - coordinate with stakeholders for direct drop shipment from factory to customer; apply Free Trade Agreement for duty rebates.
Claim Management - process claims where defects relate to the Vendor.
Material Master Management - maintain SAP Material Master data (standard length, HS code, plan delivery time).
Ensure operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with policies.
Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by Manager.
