Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipments and material management at our Joo Koon location in Singapore. The role involves picking and packing lab consumables, receipting inbound goods, and maintaining stock records.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Higher Nitec in a technical or supply chain discipline, 1–2 years in a warehouse, and the physical ability to handle heavy loads. Basic computer skills and attention to detail are required.

Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8.00am-5.15pm

Location: Joo Koon

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting inbound and outbound shipments
• Picking & packing of lab finished goods consumables in carton boxes (e.g.) test-tubs etc.
• Co-ordinate operational material management, ensuring all inbound goods are receipted, labelled, and stored promptly
• Assist in shrink wrapping of goods / FG packing
• Manage warehouse scheduling by production orders, issuing batch numbers &maintaining production protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and high stock accuracy through timely cycle counts and production reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec in any technical or supply chain related discipline is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Able to carry heavy loads.
• Basic computer skills for inventory updates, stock records and production reporting would be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to follow work instructions and maintain accurate records.
