Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Woodlands site on a 1-year renewable contract.

You will pack machines/sub-assemblies, receive parts, audit stock, and operate the Warehouse Management System. Working hours are 12-hour rotating shifts; ensure proper PPE is worn and safety rules are followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
• Good team player and understands how the team integrates
• Required PPE: gloves, helmet, safety shoes, goggles, cleanroom suit
• Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies

Responsibilities

• Packing of semiconductor machines/sub-assembly/modules using routine work orders
• Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available before handing over to shipping department
• Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System order instructions
• Key parts and materials received into computer system and print packing lists
• Check incoming material for accuracy against receiving paper documentation work order numbers
• Ensure assigned work area has appropriate and ample materials at all times
• Feedback on material flow problems, determines causes, suggest corrective actions
• Support Return-to-store (RTS) activities
• Support safety initiatives and help to maintain safety awareness at the plant
• Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices

Contract Duration: 1 year(Renewable & Convertible)+ Bonus
Work location: (Woodlands)

Working hours: 12 hours rotating shift, 3/4/3/4 , 8am-8:15pm/8pm-8:15am

Shift allowance : $18/day, $38/night
