Job summary

ELITEZ AVIATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Aviation Warehouse Material Handler to support aircraft parts logistics at Changi.

You will load and unload parts, move materials between warehouse, production, inspection and staging areas using forklifts, and perform SAP-based stock transactions. This position offers a 5-day work week with day and night shifts and OT when required, a monthly package around SGD 2,200 before OT, and a focus on safety, quality, and 5S housekeeping in the

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level, ITE or equivalent educational background.
• Warehouse/logistics/shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP/WMS is an advantage.
• Forklift licence/experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit to lift 16–18 kg and work shifts including OT.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload aircraft parts, materials and finished goods.
• Move parts between warehouse, production, inspection and staging areas using forklifts.
• Perform receiving, put-away, stock transactions, cycle counts and SAP updates.
• Verify purchase orders and shipping documents for traceability.
• Conduct visual checks and report discrepancies or damage.
• Prepare parts for inspection, storage and shipment with proper packing.
• Maintain warehouse safety, quality, housekeeping and 5S standards.

AVIATION WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER

Changi

Basic $1,800 + Allowances + OT

5-Day Work Week | Must be open to both shift

Monthly package: $2,200 before OT

WORKING HOURS

Day: 7:30am - 4:45pm

Night: 4:45pm - 2:30am

• Must be able to work both day & night shifts
• Flexi shift arrangement
• Must be willing to work OT when required

JOB SCOPE

• Load/unload aircraft parts, materials and finished goods.
• Move aircraft parts and materials between warehouse, production, inspection and staging areas using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Perform receiving, put-away, stock transactions, cycle counts and inventory updates using SAP.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery orders and shipping documents to ensure accurate part traceability.
• Conduct visual checks on incoming/outgoing parts and report discrepancies or damage.
• Prepare aircraft parts and materials for inspection, storage and shipment, including proper packing and labelling.
• Maintain warehouse safety, quality, housekeeping and 5S standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• GCE N/O-Level, ITE or equivalent
• Warehouse/logistics/shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Aviation/aerospace/MRO experience is an advantage
• SAP/WMS experience is an advantage
• Forklift licence/experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry approximately 16-18kg
• Able to work both shifts and OT
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
