Job summary

Ownlikes Pte. Ltd. is seeking a warehouse operations team member in Singapore to handle receiving, packing, and delivery activities. You will maintain inventory records and ensure accurate order fulfillment while working with MS Office and basic web platforms.

The role requires a positive attitude, attention to accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is not required, and a 5.5-day work week is noted.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver orders/goods with supporting documents checked for inbound and outbound.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup with proper recording.
• Ensure orders are well packed and fulfilled to the last mile.
• Manage inventory logs and keep inventory records updated with movement and count.
• Report discrepancies and provide timely updates on work completion.
• Operate warehouse tools/equipment safely and maintain housekeeping to keep a clean, organized space.

About the role

This is a warehouse operations role responsible for receiving and delivering orders/goods, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pick up, and managing inventory. You will ensure orders are well packed and fulfilled, maintain inventory records, operate warehouse equipment safely, and maintain housekeeping standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and deliver orders/goods with supporting documents checked, for both inbound and outbound

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to requirements with proper recording for checks

• Ensure orders are well packed and fulfilled to the last mile

• Manage inventory logs and keep inventory records updated with movement and count

• Report discrepancy(s) and updates on work completion timely

• Operate warehouse and company tools/equipment safely

• Housekeeping duties:

  • Ensure warehouse is clean and organized at the end of every day

  • Keep tools/equipment well-maintained and well-kept

• Complete other ad hoc work assigned by management

Job requirements

• Fluent in English written and spoken

• Computer literate: Comfortable with using MS Office / web-based platform for work

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification

Additional Information

• 5.5 day work week: Mondays to Saturdays.

• Singaporean/PR preferred.

• Heavy labour work is expected.

• Possess valid Class 3 license is a plus, but not mandatory

• Prior experience in e-commerce order fulfillments / warehouse working experience is an added advantage.
