Job summary

HAL COMPLETIONS MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse handler to manage goods receipts, inventory control, proper storage, and shipping duties in our facility.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a machine shop environment. Candidates should have 2 years of relevant experience, a valid forklift certificate, and preferably a Class 3 driving license. SAP Warehouse Management experience and the ability to perform cycle counts and packing

Qualifications

• GCE O/N/NITEC or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in material issue/receipt/delivery.
• Holds a valid forklift certificate.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a machine shop environment and on shift.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Experience in receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods receipts and ensure proper location of inventory.
• Manage shipping, packing, and verification of materials.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory controls and generate reports.
• Operate in SAP Warehouse Management system.

Job description

Handle all stores related issues such as goods receipts, proper location of inventory in the warehouse, good issues, inventory control and reporting, shipping including packing

• GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ / NITEC


• 2 years’ experience in handling material issue/receipt/delivery and performing monthly cycle count


• Holds a valid Forklift Certificate


• Class 3 driving license will be preferred


• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a machine shop environment


• Ability to perform shift work


• Experience in SAP Warehouse Management systems preferred


• Experience in carrying out cycle counts and investigating inventory discrepancies


• Able to work independently on packing and verification of materials for shipping purposes


• Experience in receiving processes
