Job summary

Coilcraft Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics-oriented professional to join our local warehouse team. You will receive incoming spare parts, generate GRNs, and issue receipts according to item groupings and plants.

You will store and count inventory, prepare packing lists, and dispatch shipments to manufacturing plants. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office are required; the role runs a 5-day work week with Bedok MRT pickup.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N'/'O' level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming spare parts and other materials from local/oversea suppliers.
• Generate GRN and issue receipt according to item groupings/requestors and plants.
• Store and maintain spare parts inventory and conduct periodic stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare packing list and pack outgoing shipments to manufacturing plants according to issue receipts.

• Receive incoming spare parts/supporting & miscellaneous parts and materials from local/oversea suppliers.
• Generate GRN and issue receipt according to the designated item groupings/requestors and manufacturing plants.
• Store and maintain spare parts inventory and conduct periodic stock count to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Prepare packing list and pack outgoing shipment to each manufacturing plants according to the issue receipts.

Job Requirements

• GCE 'N'/'O' level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory control or material handling within a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in MS office
• 5 days work week.
