Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Senior Master Data & SAP Specialist to manage master data, ensure data quality, and govern ERP-related projects. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and ERP improvements.

You will oversee data validation, cleansing and reconciliation while contributing to data governance documentation and reporting for management. This is a 6-month contract based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Hands-on master data management and data governance in SAP/ERP environments.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleansing and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain master data within SAP/ERP systems.
• Perform data validation, cleansing and reconciliation for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations and IT.
• Support SAP/ERP implementation, migration and enhancement projects.
• Participate in UAT, business validation and system testing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and data governance docs.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on data quality for management.
• Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization.
