Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd seeks a Data Governance Senior Manager/Manager to oversee day-to-day HR master data governance across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, standardisation and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

The role partners with HR Technology, HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners and IT to implement Global Job Architecture, data harmonisation, integrations, and data migrations, building a trusted data foundation for HR

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Master Data Management or Data Governance.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise.
• Experience delivering HR system implementations, enhancements or data migrations.
• Experience with global/regional employee data and HR structures.
• Strong attention to detail, analytics and problem solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Process improvement mindset and continuous improvement focus.
• Experience in large, complex organisations preferred.

Job description

The Data Governance Senior Manager/Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, quality, integrity, and governance of employee and organisational master data across Company's HR systems.

Reporting to the People Analytics & Data Strategy Lead, the role serves as the operational custodian of HR master data and ensures that workforce information within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other connected systems is accurate, complete, standardised, and compliant.

The role will play a key role in supporting Company's HR growth journey, including supporting the implementation of Global Job Architecture, SuccessFactors enhancements, global employee data harmonisation, HR system integrations, and data migration activities. Working closely with HR Technology, HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners, IT, and external vendors, the role ensures a trusted people data foundation that supports HR operations, reporting, workforce planning, analytics, and future AI-enabled capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Master Data Management

• Establish and maintain data standards, validation rules, and master data maintenance processes.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues across the employee lifecycle.
• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of Company's Global Job Architecture framework and related HR system implementation and enhancement projects from a data management perspective.
• Own global data standards, definitions, and controls across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related systems.

Data Integration & System Support

• Support employee and organisational data integrations across SuccessFactors and connected systems.
• Support the integration and harmonisation of employee data across Singapore, United States, and other international entities.
• Manage and monitor data flows between SuccessFactors and platforms such as JobKred, payroll systems, learning systems, Active Directory, analytics platforms, and other downstream applications.

Data Governance, Compliance & Controls

• Support the implementation of HR data governance standards and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including PDPA and GDPR.
• Support audit reviews and data control activities.

Stakeholder Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide operational support and guidance to HR stakeholders on master data matters.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on HR data standards and best practices.
• Drive process improvements to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and data governance compliance.

Requirements

Education:

Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• 8-15 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Master Data Management, Data Governance, or HR Technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience supporting HR system implementations, enhancements, or data migration projects.
• Experience working with global/regional employee populations and HR data structures.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
