Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a SAP Migration Support Executive for a 6-month contract in Singapore.

The role focuses on data cleansing, validation, and governance across master data, procurement, supplier, and inventory domains. You will assist with migration readiness, testing, and reporting while coordinating with business stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 2 years in SAP/ERP, hold a diploma or degree, and be flexible for after-hours calls across time zones.

Qualifications

Min 2 years of experience in SAP or ERP systems.
Experience handling master data, supplier records, purchasing data, inventory or material data preferred.
Diploma or Degree is required.
Flexible to support occasional after-hours calls with colleagues across different time zones.

Responsibilities

Review, cleanse, and validate master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Validate procurement, supplier, purchasing, material, inventory, and planning master data.
Identify duplicate, missing, or inaccurate records and coordinate corrections with business stakeholders.
Support data standardization and governance activities to improve overall data quality.
Assist with data collection, verification, reconciliation, and migration readiness activities.
Support migration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating migrated data and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain data tracking logs, issue registers, and validation records.
Work closely with project teams and business users to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Prepare migration reports, documentation, and status updates.
