Job summary

Avolta World is seeking an Enterprise Master Data Helpdesk Manager to ensure data integrity across Article Master, Vendor Master, Store Assortment Listings, and Merchandise Category Hierarchy. Lead the Master Data Team, align with Global/Local stakeholders, and drive process improvements and system integrations to support business growth.

The role reports to the Global Head of Enterprise Master Data and can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore, offering strategic oversight across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree with Business, Information Technology, or other relevant field.
• Requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience; 3-6 years preferred.
• Requires experience troubleshooting data problems.
• Requires strong computer skills including SAP, BW, FI and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Requires process analysis/improvement experience.
• Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, and manages the Master Data Team ensuring that the team is sufficiently trained, motivated, and that work is done on a timely basis and with a high level of accuracy.
• Provides commercial support to different stakeholders including, but not limited to Global and Local Category, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.
• Works with IT/Consultants, Retail and Corporate departments to establish processes and procedures related to Data Management, ensure that established policies are followed, identify process weaknesses and suggest and implement improvements as needed to correct deficiencies or streamline processes.
• Develops metrics and reports to monitor performance and addresses areas of concern as needed.
