Job summary

SATS Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Data Governance Engineer to build and run capabilities across Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Data Quality. Working with the Data & AI team, you will translate policy into working systems: an operated data catalogue, data quality rules in pipelines, and master data match/merge with golden records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Data Governance Framework Implementation: implement policies, rules and controls in pipelines and delivery lifecycle.
Data Catalogue, Metadata & Lineage: administer enterprise data catalogue, automate metadata capture and implement data contracts and lineage.
Data Quality Management: author and operate data quality rules with SLAs and scorecards.
Master Data Management: build/operate MDM pipelines and maintain golden records and steward queues.
Access, Reporting & Enablement: run access recertification, build governance metrics and deliver runbooks for self-service.
