Job summary

SILK SPA is looking for a Massage Therapist to provide professional spa massages and maintain a clean, welcoming environment in the spa facilities.

You will prepare treatment products, replenish stocks and towels, handle customer queries politely, and follow the Spa Manager's instructions. The role requires a 6-day workweek and training is provided to new staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience ( non-experience is welcome to apply)

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent Professional Spa Massage in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure high level of service standards.
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager
• 6 days work weekly
