Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms and spa facilities, preparing treatment products, replenishing stocks, and handling customer queries politely while following manager and receptions' instructions. On-site work required.

• Prepare necessary treatment products, replenish stocks, towel supply, etc
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently & politely
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager & Receptionists
