Job summary

21 Spa PTE. LTD. is seeking a spa therapist to deliver professional massage and reflexology services in accordance with spa standards.

You will maintain a clean, inviting treatment environment and ensure high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include preparing products, replenishing supplies, and addressing guest inquiries with courtesy. The role requires certification (ITEC/WSQ or massage) and a commitment to weekends and public holidays, with a six-day work week and at least one

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage and reflexology in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure high level of service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, treatment rooms and other spa areas.
• Prepare necessary treatment products and replenish stocks, towels, etc.

• ensure high level of service standards.
• responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
• follow and comply with the instrutions given by spa manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification.
• able to commit on weekends/ public holidays.
• 6 days work for per week.
