Job summary

KINGDOM SPA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a spa professional to provide consistent, high-quality massage services in line with spa standards.

You will ensure service standards, maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and facilities, prepare treatment products, manage stock and towels, handle guest queries politely, and follow the spa manager's directions. This role requires a client-focused, courteous attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with spa staff to deliver relaxing and safe

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage in accordance with spa standards
• Ensure high level of service standards
• Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa
• Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products
• Replenishment of stock, towel supplies etc.
• Handle customer care queries and concerns efficiently and politely
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by spa manager
