Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage and spa treatments such as body massage, foot reflexology, facials, scrubs, and aromatherapy (based on training and certification).
• Greet clients and understand their preferences, comfort level, and any health conditions before treatment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of treatment rooms and spa environment.
• Ensure towels, oils, and equipment are properly prepared and sanitised for each client.
• Promote spa services, treatment packages, and products professionally (no hard selling).
• Keep treatment records and assist in appointment scheduling or reception duties when required.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

• Preferably with WSQ certification in Spa / Massage Therapy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in spa, massage, or wellness industry (training provided for fresh entrants).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
