The role requires maintaining high service quality, keeping treatment rooms and facilities clean, preparing products, replenishing supplies, and handling guest inquiries politely, in coordination with the Spa Manager and Reception team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage (body & foot) in accordance with spa standard.
• Ensure high level of service standard.
• Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of business premise.
• Prepare necessary treatment products, replenish stocks, towel supply, etc
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently & politely
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager & Receptionists
