HAI TIAN HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. seeks a spa massage therapist to deliver body and/or foot massages in a professional and hygienic environment. The role emphasizes high service standards and guest satisfaction, with responsibilities including preparation of products and stock replenishment.

The ideal candidate holds iTEC/WSQ or massage certification, can commit to weekends and a 6-day work week, and brings pleasant personality and hardworking attitude to the team.

Qualifications

• Commitment to maintaining spa cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (body and/or foot).
• Maintain high service standards and cleanliness of spa facilities.
• Prepare treatment products and replenish stocks as needed.
• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from Spa Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with spa standards.


• Ensure high level of service standards


• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neaness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.


• Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.


• Handle customer queries and conerns effcieintly and politely


• Follow and comply with the intrucstions given by Spa Manager

Requirements

• Preperably with iTEC/WSQ certification or massage certification


• Able to commit on Weekends/public holidays


• 6 days work week


• Mininum one year relevant experience


• Pleasant personality and hardworking
