Job summary

LE SPA GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional massage therapist to provide body and foot massage in line with spa standards. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service and creating a relaxing guest experience.

You will maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and facilities, prepare treatment products, replenish towels, and handle customer queries politely. Reports to Spa Manager and Receptionists to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage (body and foot) in accordance with spa standards.
• Maintain high level of service standard throughout shifts.
• Keep spa facilities and treatment rooms clean and tidy.
• Prepare treatment products and replenish stock, towels, etc.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
• Follow instructions from Spa Manager and Receptionists.
