PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for Membership & CRM Operations and Marketing Operations support.

The role covers executing membership campaigns, managing member communications, handling enquiries, and coordinating with vendors. It also includes marketing admin tasks, PO processing and budget tracking, plus category operations support and inventory coordination. The position is based at Bugis, with standard business hours, and the contract spans 6 months with potential extension based on

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Internship or work experience in marketing, CRM, operations, demand planning, or business support advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, trends and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of membership campaigns, promotions, contests and loyalty programme initiatives.
• Manage member communications, including EDMs, push notifications and other CRM activities.
• Handle membership enquiries and retail escalations, working closely with store teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of membership activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for membership-related projects and initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations and marketing materials; assist with PO processing and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and timely market readiness.
• Support category planning, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across assigned categories.
• Manage product information, system updates, and operational data accuracy; assist with forecasting and inventory monitoring.
