Qualifications

• 1–4 years of working experience or relevant internships in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations.
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications; FinTech/Financial Services preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, QA, and tracking of deliverables.
• Perform fulfilment activities and data validation to ensure campaign targeting, client lists, and outputs are accurate.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign status, and help resolve operational issues promptly.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
