Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, administration, executive support or project coordination.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Creative department.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requests and liaising with vendors.
• Manage marketing-related invoices, payment tracking and budget documentation.
• Maintain marketing records, files, databases and asset libraries.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor and compile website and social media performance reports.
• Serve as the central coordinator for creative requests across Marketing, Sales and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage the intake, prioritisation and tracking of design, video and content requests.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments and meeting schedules; arrange travel itineraries and logistics when required.
