Job summary

far east hospitality management (s) pte ltd is seeking a hands-on and analytical marketer to support and grow our membership and loyalty ecosystem. This role is responsible for executing lifecycle strategies, improving member engagement, and contributing to the commercial performance of the loyalty programme.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, revenue, operations and finance to strengthen member acquisition, engagement and retention through CRM and marketing

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketer with analytical mindset and CRM experience.
• Experience in loyalty programmes and customer lifecycle campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, revenue, operations and finance to strengthen acquisition, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Support loyalty program roadmaps to drive member growth and retention.
• Build automated lifecycle journeys from onboarding to tier upgrades.
• Execute CRM campaigns with segmentation and personalization.
• Track loyalty KPIs and campaign ROI using dashboards.
• Maintain data accuracy and SOPs; train property teams.
