Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a marketing communications professional for a 6-month contract to support client communications for digital platforms and campaigns.

You will manage day-to-day campaign operations, perform quality checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, strong English communication, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of working experience; internships considered.
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications; Financial Services/FinTech preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, quality assurance, and tracking of campaign deliverables.
• Perform fulfilment activities and data validation checks to ensure campaign targeting, client lists, and communication outputs are accurate and complete.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign status, and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
