Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and solid marketing experience in Singapore.
  • 4–6 years hands-on marketing experience, preferably in Singapore.
  • Proven ability in B2C lead generation, digital marketing and campaign optimisation.
  • Experience with bilingual English and Mandarin content is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical ability with cost per lead, CAC and ROI awareness.

Job description

Our client is a newly established immigration consultancy in Singapore, supporting individuals and families with international migration, residency planning and related cross-border advisory needs.

As the company builds its presence in Singapore, they are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to establish the local brand, develop a sustainable lead‑generation engine and support the company’s commercial growth.

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing activities across digital acquisition, content, brand development, partnerships and client events.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor position suited to someone who is comfortable building processes from the ground up. The initial focus will be the Singapore market, with opportunities to support selected regional initiatives as the business expands.

KeyResponsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Brand Development

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with the company’s business priorities.
  • Establish company's positioning, messaging and brand presence in the Singapore market.
  • Identify priority customer segments and develop targeted marketing propositions for each segment.
  • Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and areas of differentiation.
  • Provide customer segments and develop targeted marketing propositions for each segment.
  • Conduct market insights to support service positioning, packaging and commercial decisions.

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch and optimise lead‑generation campaigns across Google Search and Display, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, RedNote (Xiaohongshu) and other relevant digital channels.
  • Manage both paid and organic social media activities, including content publishing, audience engagement, campaign targeting and performance monitoring.
  • Manage campaign budgets, creative assets, landing pages, lead forms and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor performance indicators including qualified lead volume, cost per qualified lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates and marketing ROI.
  • Test different audiences, content formats, messages and campaign channels to improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency.
  • Improve website visibility and conversion through search engine optimisation, content optimisation and landing‑page enhancements.

Content and Marketing Collateral

  • Develop and manage a structured bilingual content calendar across the company’s website, WeChat, RedNote, TikTok, LinkedIn,Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
  • Create or coordinate English and Chinese language content tailored to the audience, format and user behaviour of each platform.
  • Produce a mix of educational, advisory, corporate and lead‑generation content, including articles, short‑form videos, client guides, event promotions and service‑related updates.
  • Oversee the development of company profiles, service brochures, presentations, case studies, event materials and other client‑facing collateral.
  • Ensure consistency in the company’s brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging and visual presentation across all channels.

Events andStrategic Partnerships

  • Plan and execute seminars, webinars, information sessions and other prospective‑client events in Singapore.
  • Identify and develop relevant referral, channel and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate event promotion, registrations, attendee engagement and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Track leads and business opportunities generated through events and partnerships.

Lead Management andConversion Support

  • Establish clear processes for lead capture, qualification, categorisation and follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate marketing and lead data within the company’s CRM or lead‑management system.
  • Work closely with the Founder and future client‑facing team members to ensure effective lead handover and follow‑up.
  • Analyse the customer journey to identify areas where enquiry‑to‑consultation conversion can be improved.
  • Prepare regular reports covering lead sources, campaign performance, conversion trends and customer acquisition costs.

Marketing Operations and Budget Management

  • Manage the marketing budget and recommend how resources should be allocated across campaigns, content, events and partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and vendors.
  • Establish practical marketing dashboards, reporting processes and operating procedures.
  • Build scalable marketing processes that can support the future expansion of the Singapore business and marketing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Approximately four to six years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably within Singapore.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2C lead generation, digital marketing and campaign optimisation.
  • Experience in immigration services, global mobility, overseas education, wealth advisory, property, professional services or another consultative, trust‑based service industry with a longer customer decision cycle would be advantageous.
  • Hands‑on experience managing digital marketing and social media channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat and RedNote (Xiaohongshu). Experience producing bilingual English and Chinese language content would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong content‑development skills, including the ability to produce clear and persuasive marketing materials.
  • Business‑level proficiency in English and Mandarin, as this position will support bilingual marketing content and communication withMandarin‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, with an understanding of cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates and marketing ROI.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a newly established company with limited internal resources.
  • Self‑driven, resourceful and able to move between strategy and hands‑on execution.
  • Strong project‑management, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
