Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, and experiential events across its properties and upcoming developments. You will oversee branding, agency partnerships, and tenant marketing to drive audience engagement and revenue.

The role requires a degree in Marketing or related field and at least 5 years of project management experience, with strong event planning, stakeholder management, and design

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science.
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong event planning and execution, able to manage complex multi-stakeholder programmes independently.
• Experience in development marketing, branding launches and agency management preferred.
• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling, translate brand strategy into spatial, graphic and experiential executions.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute new development's marketing efforts and launch from concept to completion.
• Preparation of branding and marketing agency pitches.
• Manage existing malls' activation, tenant marketing, event space and advertising revenue generation.
• Assist in planning and driving large-scale events, arts-related programmes and community-focused events.
• Support existing asset's event space marketing and tenant publicity.
