Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager, Advertising & Promotions to lead ongoing marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns and experiential events across properties and developments. Based in Singapore, you will coordinate multi-stakeholder programmes, brand activations and tenant publicity from concept to completion.

The role requires a marketing or business degree, 5 years in project management with event planning, and a strong eye for design, storytelling and agency

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science.
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management with strong event planning.
• Experience in development marketing, branding launches and agency management preferred.
• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder programmes independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing efforts and launches from concept to completion.
• Prepare branding and marketing agency pitches.
• Manage malls' activation, tenant marketing, event space and ad revenue.
• Assist in planning large-scale events, arts programmes and community activations.
• Support asset event space marketing and tenant publicity.
