You will lead from concept to completion, coordinating branding, agency pitches, and activation programs while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to maximize placemaking impact and advertiser revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Strong event planning and execution across multi-stakeholder programs
• Experience in development marketing, branding launches, and agency management
• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling; translate brand strategy into spatial and experiential executions
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-project environments with overlapping timelines
• Creative sensibility toward placemaking and arts programming
• Meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Support and execute new development's marketing efforts from concept to completion
• Prepare branding and marketing agency pitches
• Manage activations, tenant marketing, events spaces and advertising revenue
