Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd seeks a senior Marketing lead to steer Advertising & Promotions for its portfolio, including VivoCity. You will plan and execute integrated campaigns, craft compelling concepts, and lead a team of marketing executives to deliver strong brand experiences and measurable results.

You will drive budgets, governance, and external agency relationships while leveraging shopper insights and loyalty data to inform continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with leadership
• Experience leading integrated campaigns and managing external agencies
• Strong creative judgement and campaign narratives
• Excellent project and stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical use of marketing data to drive decisions
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Independent, organized, proactive in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major integrated campaigns and promotions
• Develop compelling campaign concepts and customer experiences aligned with brand positioning
• Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing executives with clear direction and feedback
• Establish project plans, timelines, risk registers and governance checkpoints
• Manage creative, production, PR, digital, media and event agencies for quality outcomes
• Build and manage partnerships with tenants, IP owners, sponsors and stakeholders
• Monitor campaign budgets, procurement, contracts and policy compliance
• Analyse campaign performance and CRM/loyalty data to drive recommendations
• Oversee tenant communications, website, app content and social media accuracy
• Drive innovation by identifying new campaign concepts and revenue opportunities
