Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a marketing professional to oversee ongoing marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns and experiential activations across the company’s properties and upcoming developments.

The role involves supporting development launches, branding pitches, mall activations, tenant marketing, and large-scale events, with a focus on creative storytelling and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management with multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Proven experience in development marketing and branding launches.
• Strong design sense and ability to translate brand strategy into spatial, graphic, experiential executions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute new development's marketing efforts and launch from concept to completion
• Prepare branding and marketing agency pitches
• Manage malls' activation, tenant marketing, event space and advertising revenue
• Assist in planning large-scale events, arts programmes and community events
• Support asset's event space marketing and tenant publicity
