Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive for Advertising & Promotions to oversee ongoing marketing initiatives, campaigns, activations, and events across properties and new developments.

You will manage concept-to-launch activities, develop branding pitches, and drive revenue from advertising and events while collaborating with tenants and agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science.
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong event planning and execution, able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes independently.
• Proven experience in development marketing, branding launches, and agency management would be preferred.
• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling, with ability to translate brand strategy into compelling spatial, graphic, and experiential executions.
• Meticulous, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute new development's marketing efforts and launch from concept to completion
• Preparation of branding and marketing agency pitches
• Manage existing malls' activation, tenant marketing, event space and advertising revenue generation
• Assist in planning and driving large-scale event, arts-related progammes and community-focused events
• Support exisiting asset's event space marketing and tenant publicity
