Job summary

Thinkads PTE. LTD. is seeking an Events & Marketing Executive to blend creative branding with hands-on activation.

You will collaborate with Client Servicing, Creative and Production teams to turn briefs into live experiences, from brainstorms to launch days. In this role you’ll coordinate mall activations, source venues, plan consumer experiences and manage on-site execution, working with partners and multiple internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, events, brand activation or project coordination.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Coordinate pop-ups, roadshows, retail activations and experiential events.
• Coordinate venues, logistics, manpower, giveaways and event requirements.
• Communicate with clients on project requirements, updates and approvals.
