Digital Marketing Executive

Working hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6.30pm)

Location: Suntec Tower 4

Salary: $2800-$3500

1. Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.).
  • Develop social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth.
2. Video Shooting & Editing
  • Shoot product videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional videos.
  • Edit videos for TikTok, Reels, Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure video content is creative, high-quality, and aligned with brand style.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and videography techniques is preferred.
3. Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Produce creative visual and written content for digital platforms.
  • Write captions, ad copies, product descriptions, and campaign messages.
  • Create basic design materials using Canva or similar tools.
4. Digital Advertising (Paid Ads)
  • Assist in running and optimizing Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
  • Help set audience targeting, budget control, and A/B testing.
  • Track ad performance and suggest improvements.
5. Website & SEO Support
  • Update website content and product information.
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keywords, on-page optimization, and blog updates.
6. Customer Service Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, or other digital platforms.
  • Provide product information, assist with order-related questions, and handle basic after-sales support.
  • Ensure prompt, friendly, and professional communication in line with brand standards.
