Job summary

ASIAN SKIN SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive in Singapore to support the development and execution of offline, online and social marketing plans.

You will work to increase brand awareness, generate leads, convert sales, and foster customer loyalty, while producing content for all marketing materials. You will conduct keyword research, web analytics reporting and market analysis to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in marketing or related role.
• Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus for liaising with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and vendors.

Responsibilities

Marketing Executive

Location: Redhill
Salary: $3000-$4500

Job Scope:

• Support the development and execution of the offline, online and social marketing plans
• Increase brand awareness, generating leads, converting sales as well as fostering customer loyalty
• Generate design concepts and ideas for marking campaigns and communication materials
• Produce content for all marketing materials
• Conduct keyword research, web-traffic monitoring, and web statistics reporting: Conduct market research, analyze metrices and produce an analytical report
• Review and handle comments on social media platforms
• Perform public relations activities
• Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocations
• Drive organic content engagement and reach
• Liaise with media parties and build strong working relationships
• Liaise with graphic designers and/or freelance contents producers for creative contents and digital assets production
• Managing image and video assets
• Collaborate with sales, operations, other marketing team functions to achieve marketing objectives
• Reporting and develop data template to track all key metrics to keep business updated of Social Media insights
• Assist in leads distribution to customer service team
• Assist in ad-hoc projects whenever needed

Requirements

• Min 1 year experience
• Ability to work under a tight timeline in a fast pace environment
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for details
• Bilingual in good written and spoken English and Chinese (as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and vendors)
