Job summary

ONLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive in Singapore to organize creative campaigns and promotional events aligned with trends and customer requirements.

You will manage social media, update the website, and support the sales team with promotional materials while collaborating with designers, vendors and agencies to deliver marketing collaterals. The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field, at least 2 years of marketing experience, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Photoshop.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (reading and writing).
• Disciplined and organized with cross-cultural awareness.
• Knowledge of fashion and retail industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
• Conduct market research on customer trends, competitor activities and opportunities.
• Create, edit, and manage marketing content such as posts, newsletters, brochures and advertisements.
• Support sales with promotional materials and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Create and distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Work with designers, external vendors, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals.
• Maintain marketing databases and records for campaigns.
• Assist in budgeting and monthly marketing reports.
• Assist with additional tasks or projects as required by management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Manage and update company social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

• Assist with additional tasks or projects as required by the management team.
• Flexibility to handle other duties as assigned by supervisors/management.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in the Marketing field.
• Well-versed with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Photoshop.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese, which also include to read and write.
• Disciplined, organized, and confident to work with different cultures.
• Good understanding of fashion and retail industry will be more advantage.
