Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency in Singapore seeks a Data and Insights Analyst to support two teams in MXD: Marketing Performance & Analytics and Engagement & Outreach. This temporary contract role covers event and website analytics, digital marketing optimisation, and AI-enabled content development.

You will analyse marketing and website data, build dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of data analytics or marketing research experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to present insights clearly.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and GA/Meta.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO concepts; UI/UX or event analytics helpful.
• Experience with prompt engineering or AI-assisted content development.
• Experience using Python for data analysis or automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse marketing and website data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Research tools and workflows to improve marketing effectiveness across user journeys.
• Support SEO and paid search monitoring and optimisation.
• Analyse AI discoverability of website content and assist content development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects.
• Standardise post-event data fields and develop dashboards for engagement insights.
