Job summary

HO BEE LAND LIMITED is seeking a Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive to drive leasing performance for its luxury waterfront residential portfolio. You will generate enquiries, develop agency relationships, conduct viewings, negotiate leases and ensure a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with agencies, managing the leasing cycle from enquiry to handover, preparing lease documents, and analyzing tenancy data.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in residential property leasing, sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, results oriented and ownership of targets.
• Good digital literacy and familiarity with social media and property platforms.
• Interest in luxury residential real estate.

Marketing Executive/ Senior Marketing Executive

To drive leasing performance across the company’s luxury waterfront residential portfolio, from generating enquiries and developing agency relationships to conducting viewings, negotiating and documenting leases, and ensuring strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of leasing activities for assigned residential properties.
• Work closely with appointed agencies, identify prospective tenants, understand their requirements and recommend suitable units based on budget, lifestyle and preferences.
• Manage the leasing process from enquiry to viewing, negotiation, offer, documentation and handover.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with lease covenants, including fulfilling contractual obligations and enforcing the Landlord's rights.
• Carry out regular quality control inspections to ensure units are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate the handover and takeover of units with tenants.
• Prepare and maintain leasing reports, tenancy schedules, conduct simple data analysis.
• Monitor competing developments, rent rates, incentives, availability for market intelligence, spot market trends.
• Recommend marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and optimize leasing performance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenants' enquiries, complaints and feedback, and ensure effective and prompt resolution of issues.
• Cultivate strong tenant relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience that drives tenant loyalty, positive word-of-mouth and referrals.

Other Responsibilities

• Support the residential sales function and assist with sales enquiries, viewings and follow-up where required.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns/promotional activities/ project launches.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate sales and leasing enquiries.
• Develop engaging property content, including photography, videos, social media content and digital advertisements.
• Explore the use of AI, automation, CRM and digital tools to improve customer engagement.
• Process and monitor payments to service providers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management or the immediate supervisor from time to time.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in residential property leasing, sales, property marketing or a related field.

Requirement:

• Minimum a recognized Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field
• Strong interest in luxury residential real estate
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in residential property leasing, sales, property marketing or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong interest will be considered
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers and other stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Proactive and results oriented, independently and taking ownership of targets
• Good digital literacy and familiarity with social media and property platforms
