Job summary

Mapletree in Singapore is seeking a Leasing professional to manage leasing of properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and rental income.

You will secure new tenancies, analyse market benchmarks, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and agents. A degree in ESTATE management and 3–4 years of leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
• Strong network in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

The Role

This position will be responsible for leasing of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
• Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
