Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital, data/analytics/insights or technology leadership in pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, data/analytics and AI/ML in a commercial context.
• Strong governance and strategic planning skills: demand/capacity management and value tracking.
• Excellent change leadership and communication skills; translate complex topics for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the market’s demand-to-value system: lead demand intake, prioritization, delivery oversight, adoption and benefits realization.
• Sponsor and govern the market DHH roadmap and investment narrative, consolidating digital, data and tech initiatives.
• Chair market-level demand intake and prioritization forums; communicate trade-offs with Market Leadership Team alignment.
• Lead a Value & Adoption cadence: track value at stake vs realized value and drive corrective actions.
• Embed analytics and AI into core commercial decision processes and drive a data-driven operating rhythm.
• Provide market governance of technology and data landscape; champion data quality and governance, privacy/regulatory compliance.
• Orchestrate the cross-functional ‘Insights & Engagement’ operating model with clear roles and performance expectations.
• Act as executive thought partner to market leadership; provide concise communications on plans and risks.
• Build capability and lead talent; foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
