MSD in Singapore seeks an AP FPP Engagement Lead to translate regional priorities into an integrated Market Engagement and Enablement roadmap. You will connect global product teams with AP markets to shape Access design, activation, adoption and governance across Digital Human Health.

You will lead a high-performing regional team, develop playbooks and training, track adoption and outcomes, and partner with analytics to translate data into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant business, healthcare, analytics or technology discipline preferred.
• Typically 8+ years in market access, commercial operations, analytics and insights, digital transformation, customer success or program leadership.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align global, regional and local stakeholders.
• Experience leading platform adoption, change, capability deployment or value realization, preferably including patient programs.
• Professional English required; Asia Pacific experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Strategy and Market Partnership: Shape and execute AP FPP engagement and enablement strategy; translate needs into roadmaps and success measures.
• FPP Design and Access: Translate design requirements into scalable Access capabilities and oversee onboarding, adoption and post-launch support.
• Adoption and Enablement: Build AP Program Owner community; develop playbooks, training and forums; remove adoption barriers.
• Insights and Value Realization: Define adoption metrics; collaborate with analytics to translate data into actionable insights.
• Governance and Delivery Leadership: Enforce AP frameworks and policies; coordinate cross-functional partners; drive improvements.
• People and Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing regional team; coach, develop talent and manage priorities.
