Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Operations Assistant in Singapore with 1-3 years of experience. You will assist daily indoor operations, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires good communication, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with NetSuite. Diploma holders or those with GCE qualifications are welcome, and the position is based in Central Singapore.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in MS Office.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Experience in NetSuite is an added advantage.
• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level with 3-4 years of related working experience.
• Diploma Holder in Business Administration with 1-2 years of related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers enquires / complaints via phone / email / fax and ensure actions are taken.
• Prepare quotations / charges for customers, Job Order Processing (JOP).
• Schedule and prioritise service requests from customers.
• Coordinate with field service engineers, contractors, customers and authorities to meet timelines.
• Maintain service records and documentation in the system.
• Provide regular customer account updates to the Service Manager.
