Job summary

Internetwork Expert in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Sales Support/Customer Service Officer to handle inquiries, coordinate pricing and delivery, and ensure smooth order-to-delivery for assigned accounts.

The role requires proactive communication, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment within the maritime and supply chain sector.

Qualifications

• Excellent interaction capabilities and a proactive communicator.
• Diploma level and above.
• Proactive and takes initiative to solve issues and deliver results.
• Good customer service.
• Willing to work in the maritime industry, supply chain or shipping with a sense of urgency, Good time management.
• Experience in the marine industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Attend to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery surcharges, and lead time.
• Work with Sales to understand and execute pricing and supply and payment for each account.
• Manage the order-to-delivery process to ensure smooth delivery, including coordination with customers, Sales, the global supply team, as well as delivery agents.
• Fulfill delivery requirements for orders, coping with changes in delivery requirements and provide professional advice in relation to local geographical conditions and supply limitations.
• Order follow-up activities, including submission of delivery notes for invoicing, chase and monitor outstanding payment.
• Maintain continuous and positive rapport with customers, monitor account performance and any changes in assigned accounts.
