Job summary

TECHPOWER ENGINEERING PTE LTD invites a motivated customer service professional to support bookings, shipments and deliveries from our Singapore office. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email and live chat, track shipments in real time, resolve delays or billing issues, and keep accurate records in our CRM/transport management system while collaborating with dispatchers and warehouse staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service and strong communication, problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Patient and solution-focused when dealing with frustrated customers.
• Able to stay organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat regarding bookings, schedules, shipments, and deliveries
• Track shipments or trips in real time and provide accurate status updates to customers
• Resolve issues such as delays, damaged goods, lost items, missed pickups, and billing disputes
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse or operations staff to solve problems quickly
• Process bookings, cancellations, changes, refunds, and claims
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM / transport management system
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the team to improve service
