Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, supply chain, sales or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or order management.
• Hands-on experience in full order management and fulfilment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer enquiries relating to product availability, pricing, delivery charges and lead times.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to manage account-specific pricing, supply arrangements and payment terms.
• Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle, working closely with customers, global supply teams, Sales and local delivery partners.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and respond promptly to changes in customer requirements, shipping schedules and supply constraints.
• Monitor order progress, prepare delivery documentation and submit delivery notes for invoicing.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely account settlement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while monitoring account performance and changing customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and provide operational support when required.
• Adhere to company quality, environmental and compliance policies, contributing to continuous process improvement.
