Job summary

Atlas Marine Services Pte Ltd, part of Mr. Marine Group – HQ Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Sales Officer to drive growth in ballast water, elevators, instruments and control systems for our Marine Inspection, Spares & Technical Services division.

The role targets revenue growth through new business and long-term contracts with shipowners, managers, and yards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marine sales and an established maritime network.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM 3 years of experience in marine sales and a proven network among ship management companies, ship owners, charterers and technical managers.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through new opportunities and long‑term service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of marine inspection, spare parts, and technical services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
• Identify, approach, and secure business from ship management companies, ship owners, charterers, technical managers, operators, and offshore clients.
• Promote the company's marine inspection services, spare parts supply, and technical marine services.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in the maritime industry.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
