Job summary

Atlas Marine Services Pte Ltd, part of Mr. Marine Group, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue for ballast water, elevators, instruments and control systems across our Marine Inspection, Spares and Technical Services division.

A minimum of three years in marine sales and a strong shipowner network is essential, with focus on securing long-term service contracts. You will bridge our technical engineering teams with clients, identify opportunities, and coordinate delivery across

Qualifications

MINIMUM 3 years of experience in marine sales or related field.
Established network among ship management companies, ship owners, charterers and operators.
Strong track record in revenue growth and long-term service contracts.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities (Hunting mindset) across inspection, spares and marine services.
Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations to ensure timely delivery.
Attend maritime exhibitions and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
Prepare quotes, negotiate terms and close sales; manage CRM-driven reporting.
