Job summary

Vouch Recruitment seeks a Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities to expand our portfolio of maritime assets. You will leverage financial modeling and industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and strengthen our market position.

You will lead end-to-end M&A processes, build compelling business cases, and present proposals to senior management, while staying abreast of market trends and maintaining key industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of corporate development and M&A experience.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong network within Maritime/Supply Chain/Logistics industries.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities in the Maritime/Supply Chain/Logistics industries.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to assess viability and value of acquisitions.
• Develop and present detailed business cases and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and manage the M&A process from initial contact through closing.
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and report on performance of acquired assets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
