You will lead negotiations, build strategic client relationships, and collaborate with operations to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years in maritime business development, with a proven track record in vessel chartering and key accounts, backed by strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in maritime studies, business, marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of commercial or business development experience within maritime or marine services.
• Proven track record in key account management, business development, and vessel chartering.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's maritime and port operations environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience engaging with senior management and strategic customers.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to support commercial strategies and growth.
• Proactively generate leads through networking and client outreach.
